KOKO PERHE LIIKKUMAAN!

Koko perhe liikkumaan! (literal translation: “Let’s Get the Whole Family Moving!”) project, coordinated by the Multicultural Activity Center Mylly, offers free and open-to-all physical activities for everyone. The project is funded by the City of Kotka and the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland (AVI).
Project's mission is to encourage immigrants who don't really engage in physical activities to become active in ways that suit them, and also introduce their own physical activity cultures to others. The project seeks to increase awareness of ways to promote well-being, bring together native Finns and immigrants in various physical activities, improve their physical skills and introduce them to the wide range of indoor and outdoor exercise opportunities available in the Kotka region.
The project supports integration and settlement in Kotka through physical activity and makes it easier for participants to engage in independent exercise in their daily lives. All activities offered by the project are free of charge!
